<br />Ordinance No. 2007-74 <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance does not supersede but is supplemental to all <br />other Ordinances and/or Resolutions previously adopted by this Council relative to <br />ongoing Agreements between the City and GCRTA for acquisition of and cooperation <br />with transfer of NOMBL. Therefore, any such Ordinance or portion thereof which is <br />inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby affirmed. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance immediately go into effect <br />because, in order to secure federal funding for the Park-N-Ride expansion and other costs, <br />such as this Agreement, GCRTA must proceed in July, 2007, and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 02 a d <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: ?-- <br />Committee: ?- <br />ATT T: <br />ARBARA L.
