<br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2007-75 <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to accept, on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted, an Access Easement from the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority <br />(GCRTA) for the use of property designed and described as a"hammerhead" turnaround at <br />the terminus of Kennedy Ridge Road, as further identified and described by map area, to be <br />constructed, maintained and repaired by the GCRTA, and to secure its use in conjunction with <br />said roadway, in substantially the form and substance as evidenced in the Access Easement <br />attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to <br />cause said easement to be recorded in the Office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to authorize acceptance of said Access <br />Easement to secure the terminus of Kennedy Ridge Road in relation to the Park-N-Ride <br />expansion, in particular as a necessary condition to vacation of the remainder of said roadway, <br />and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: Q*,k? /f, 02?? ? <br />17 <br />ATT T: <br />Z <br />BARBARA L.
