?,. <br />PERMANENT EASEMENT <br />GRANTING THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND PUBLIC ACCESS TO <br />HAMMERHEAD TURNAROUND <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit <br />Authority (hereinafter "GCRTA"), the Grantor herein, for valuable consideration received does <br />hereby give, grant, bargain and convey to the City of North Olmsted (hereinafter "City"), the <br />Grantee herein, the perpetual right-of-way and easement for the purpose of access, ingress and <br />egress of public safety or service vehicles, personnel or equipment, as well as to keep the right- <br />of-way free and open to the public to serve as a permanent turnaround at the terminus of a <br />public roadway, to wit, Kennedy Ridge Road, as hereinafter mentioned in the following <br />described premises, to-wit: <br />Legal Description for a 0.1458 Permanent Easement <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, also <br />known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract No. 6, also being <br />parts of lands conveyed to Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority by deed dated <br />March , 2007 as recorded in AFN: and deed dated April 12, 2000 as <br />recorded in AFN: 200004120577, all of Cuyahoga County Recorder's Records further <br />bounded and described as follows: <br />Commencing at an iron pin found and used at the Northwest corner of Parcel "A" <br />Kennedy Ridge Lot Split as shown by plat recorded in Volume 260 of Maps, Page 78 of <br />Cuyahoga County Recorder's Records, also being the Northwest corner of lands <br />conveyed to Mark G. Dirk by deed dated January 31, 2006 as recorded in AFN: <br />200601310510509 of Cuyahoga County Recorder's Records; <br />Thence along the Western line of said Parcel "A", bearing South 01 028'19" West, a <br />distance of 203.72 feet to an iron pin set thereon and the PRINCIPAL PLACE OF <br />BEGINNING of the parcel herein described; <br />Thence continuing along the Western line of said Parcel "A" and the Southerly projection <br />thereof, bearing South 01 °28'19" West, a distance of 70.10 feet to a PK nail set on the <br />centerline of Kennedy Ridge Road, having a 60.00-foot Right-of-Way width, also being a <br />point on the Northern line of lands conveyed to Jane E. Conroy by deed dated May 1, <br />2002 as recorded in AFN: 200205010999 of Cuyahoga County Recorder's Records; <br />Thence along the centerline of Kennedy Ridge Road and the Northern line of said lands <br />of Conroy, bearing South 88°28'07" West, a distance of 2.12 feet to a point thereon, also <br />being the Northwest corner of said lands of Conroy; <br />
