<br />Ordinance No. 2007-79 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the temporary, part-time position of Fire Administrator in the Narth <br />Olmsted Fire Department is hereby extended to the date that is sixty days following the effective <br />date of the appointment of the new Assistant Fire Chief. <br />SECTION 2: Other than the changes noted above in Section 1, all other provisions of <br />Ordinance 2006-157, including duties and pay range, shall remain in effect. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to extend this temporary position which serves <br />vital safety needs of the City because otherwise the position will terminate on or about July 6, <br />2007, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: a-d?-?-?- 9 7 le 2 First Reading: d7 <br />Second Reading: ? a6 a 7 <br />Third Reading• ?1 t?-ee 9 7 <br />Committee: ? <br />ATTEST: <br />BARBARA L.
