0? ?.:;. CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2007 - 84 BY: Mayor O'Grady. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1, 2 AND 3 OF ORDINANCE 2003-22, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE 2004- 175, IN ORDER TO AUTHORIZE THE SPRINGVALE FACILITY MANAGER TO CHARGE COSTS ONLY FOR CITY-SPONSORED EVENTS HELD AT THE SPRINGVALE GOLF COURSE AND/OR BALLROOM FACILITY. WHEREAS, this Council by previously adopting Ordinance 2003-22, as subsequently amended by Ordinance 2004-175, established the rates and fees, and ranges of rates and fees, to be charged by the Springvale Facility Manager for all uses of and events held at the Springvale Golf Course and/or the Ballroom Facility; and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Director of Community Life Services that this Council authorize and direct the Springvale Facility Manager to charge costs only for City- sponsored events held at the Golf Course and/or Ballroom Facility in order to better promote the purposes and goals of such City-sponsored events; and WHEREAS, it is accordingly the desire of this Council to amend Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Ordinance 2003-32, as most recently amended by Ordinance 2004-175, in order to provide for the foregoing; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Ordinance 2003-32, as amended by Ordinance 2004-175, which presently read as follows: "Section 1: That the Golf Course rates and fees are as follows: Golf Rates (In-Season/May thru September) Resident Non-Resident W eekday: 9 Holes $8.75 - $12.00 $9.75 - $15.00 18 Holes $16.00 - $22.00 $18.50 - $24.00 Weelcend/Holidays: 9 Holes $9.50 - $15.00 $11.00 - $16.00 18 Holes $17.75 - $28.00 $21.00 - $30.00 Senior Rates Monday thru Friday Only: (60 years and older) 9 Holes $7.00 -$10.00 Available to both 18 Holes $14.00 -$18.00 residents and non- residents
