Ordinance No. 2007-84 <br />Gas Cart: <br />9 Holes $5.00 - $7.00 $5.00 - $7.00 <br />18 Holes $10.00 - $14.00 $10.00 - $14.00 <br />Pull Cart: <br />9 Holes $1.00 - $1.50 $1.00 - $1.50 <br />18 Holes $2.00 - $2.50 $2.00 - $2.50 <br />The Springvale Facility Manager may establish special promotional rates, rates for unlimited and <br />limited passes, incentive and discount rates, and such other special rates which vary from the <br />ranges established above, in arder to promote increased utilization of the Springvale golf course. <br />Section 2: That the Fall/Winter Golf rates and charges shall be established as follows: <br />The Springvale Facility Manager shall establish off season (October through April) golf rates <br />and charges, which shall be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: (1) <br />market conditions, (2) weather related factors, and (3) customer response and/or satisfaction. <br />The off season rates shall be posted at the Springvale golf course and may be revised, from t?me <br />to time, by the Springvale Facility Manager in order to keep the off season rates competitive. <br />Section 3: That the Ballroom rental rates and all golf and Ballroom program fees and <br />charges shall be established as follows: <br />Ballroom rental will range from $500 to $1,500. The exact Ballroom rental rate, as well as <br />additional fees and charges, to include Baliroom dancing, weddings, New Year's Eve Dinner <br />Dance, golf outings, all food and food services and all other special events shall be set by the <br />Springvale Facility Manager. The rates, fees, and charges will be standardized, depending on the <br />number of persons attending the event, the menu chosen, as well as the cost for any other <br />amenities. All program rates, including any newly established golf or ballroom programs, shall <br />be established through negotiation, the price of which shall be determined by several factors, <br />including but not limited to, (1) the duration of the program; (2) the time that the facility will be <br />leased; (3) the repetitive nature of any type of program; and (4) the services requested. The <br />amount to be charged or fees to be assessed, with respect to said types of programs, shall be <br />established by the Springvale Facility Manager." <br />BE AMENDED, AND, AS AMENDED, SHALL READ IN THEIR ENTIRETY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />"Section 1: That the Golf Course rates and fees are as follows: <br />Golf Rates <br />(In-Season/May thru September) Resident Non-Resident <br />2 <br />
