?.i <br />Ordinance No. 2007-95 <br />(?d) Any person desiring to redeem an impounded shopping cart must present <br />to the Police Division proof of right to possession and pay storage charges at the rate of <br />fifty cents (50¢) per day with a minimum storage charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00). The <br />City shall dispose of the shopping cart after a thirty-day period, as provided by law." <br />SECTION 2: That all ordinances, and parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in <br />conflict with this Ordinance, shall, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, be <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force form and after <br />the earliest date provided for by law. <br />PASSED: First Reading: ? l <br />Second Reading: ? aB-?e.aF'. ?'
