.???. <br />EXHIBIT I <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1.1 The basic services to be provided by ARCHITECT under Section 1. Basic <br />Services of the architectural design services for the North Olmsted Branch Library <br />Improvement Project are as follows: <br />1.1.1 Completion of the Scope of Services listed in the ARCHITECT's <br />PROPOSAL, on which this Agreement is based: <br />A. Design Development Phase - ARCHITECT will: <br />• Prepare detailed design drawings. <br />• Design the Library Improvements to be in compliance with <br />ADA guidelines and the ordinances and standards of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />• Review design documents periodically with owner and <br />representative of Cuyahoga County Public Library. <br />• Update the Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. <br />B. Contract Documents Phase - ARCHITECT will: <br />• Prepare detailed construction drawings for public bidding, <br />permits and construction. <br />• Prepare specifications to support construction drawings, <br />inaterials and systems. <br />• Update the Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. <br />• Prepare bidding information. <br />• Assist the Owner in connection with the Owner's responsibility <br />for filing documents required f'or the approval of governmental <br />authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />C. Bidding and Negotiation Phase - ARCHITECT will: <br />• Following the Owner's approval of the constniction documents <br />and the latest preliminary estimate of construction cost, the <br />ARCHITECT will assist the Owner in obtaining bids or <br />tl <br />
