:f <br />>?. <br />2.2 The above referenced fees are for all Basic Services required by this <br />Agreement to be performed by ARCHITECT, including, but not limited to, architectural, <br />landscape architectural, site civil, structural, mechanical, electrieal and plumbing <br />engineering. The above referenced fees for Basic Services do not include Government <br />Pennit Applications fees, surveys, test borings, and the cost of printing and distributing bid <br />doctunents at the time of contractor bidding. <br />2.3 For optional services under Section 2. Optional Services of the <br />ARCHITECT, CITY shall pay the ARCHITECT upon re:ceipt of an approved scope and <br />work tas]< brealcdown and upon written authorization to proceed with the optional services. <br />2.4 The maximum cost to the City for the ARCHITECT's SERVICES under <br />Section 1.
