CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004 - 206 <br />BY: Mayor Musial <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING TO THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS A TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CROCKER-STEARNS <br />ROAD PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested that this Council authorize the Mayor to grant <br />a temporary right-of-way to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners in conjunction with the <br />Crocker-Stearns Road project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute a temporary right of way agreement in conjunction with the Crocker-Stearns <br />Road project, substantially in the form of the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, granting to <br />the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners the said temporary right-of-way easement <br />SECTION 2: That upon passage of this Resolution and the execution of the said Easement <br />and Donation letter by the Mayor, the City Engineer is hereby directed to forward the original of the <br />said Easement to the Cuyahoga County Recorder for recording. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earlieqperiod allowed by law. <br />t <br />PASSED: ;?p0(l First Reading: ra-?? l D`f <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: ;t=-t <br />A T.• <br />?BARBARA L.
