• j <br />Resolution No. 2004-201 <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor is further hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />deliver and perform all such further agreements, instruments, documents and acts in the name of <br />and on behalf of the City of North Olmsted as shall be required to carry out the intent and <br />purposes of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 3: That all resolutions or ordinances, or parts of resolutions or ordinances, <br />that are inconsistent or in conflict with this Resolution are, to the extent of any such <br />inconsistency or conflict, hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the <br />community, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect <br />immediately because the current Public Transportation Operating Agreement expires on <br />December 31, 2004 and it is vital that bus transportation services to the citizens of this and <br />surrounding communities are not interrupted as a result of a lapse in the renewal of the said <br />Operating Agreement; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />. <br />,-+.i?--, <br />MAYOR NORMAN T. 1'?IUSIAL <br />PASSED: ?'??-?- X= ??- ?{ ??l , <? oG ??
