<br />(72) "Setback" means the required distance between the front of a structure <br />and the front lot line or the required distance between the structure and each of the <br />surrounding lot lines. <br />(73) "Setback (front)" means the minimum distance from the street line or <br />front property line to the building line measured along a line perpendicular to the <br />street line or front property line, or in the case of an are street, measured <br />perpendicular to the chord of the arc describing the front property line at its <br />midpoint and measured from the chord line or from the radius of the arc itself, <br />whichever is greater. In the event one or more lots, or parcels of land, which are <br />adjoining, are used for the same use, or accessory uses, the setback line shall <br />extend and be the same for all lots or parcels so used. <br />(74) "Shopping center (community)" means a shopping center ranging in size <br />from 100,000 to 400,000 square feet of building floor area, having a junior <br />department store as the leading tenant. <br />(75) "Shopping Center (neighborhood)" means a shopping center ranging in <br />size from 20,000 to 100,000 square feet of building floor area, having a <br />supermarket-type food store or super drug store as the leading tenant. <br />(76) "Shopping Center (regional)" means a shopping center over 400,000 <br />square feet in building floor area having a major department store or stores as the <br />leading tenant. <br />(77) "Stable" means any building, structure or portion thereof which is used <br />for the shelter or care of horses, cattle or other similar animals, either permanently <br />or transiently. <br />(78) "Stable (private)" means a structure with a total capacity for not more <br />than four animals. <br />(79) "Stable (public)" means a structure with a capacity for more than four <br />animals. <br />(80) "Utility room" means a room at or above or not more than four feet <br />below the finished ground elevation in a dwelling and used or designed to house <br />equipment used for laundry, heating or other related purposes." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 1139.06 of the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted, which presently reads as follows: <br />1139.06 LOT AREA AND WIDTH. <br />In Business Districts, buildings and land shall be used, and buildings shall be <br />designed, erected, altered, moved or maintained, in whole or in part, only in accordance <br />with the following minimum requirements. <br />Main Use District Lot Area Lot Width (feet) <br />Dwelling All In accordance In accordance <br />with adjacent with adjacent <br />Residential Residential <br />District.
