M <br />Ordinance No. 2004-196 <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of this City, and for the further reason that it is required to be immediately effective to <br />enable the City to construct a New Fire Station No. 2 at the earliest possible date; and <br />further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />? l <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading.?
