PLACE The Security Package Bid Documents will reflect a security plan for the City of North Olmsted Recreation Complex. TIME AND COMPLETION DATE Preparation of the SSecurity Package will occur during the months of April and May, 2003 with completion of final documents, available for Vendor response by June l, 2003. WORK PRODUCT Joe Rice and Associates, Inc. will provide oral updates of project progress on April 15, 2003 and April 30, 2003 with "Draft" Security Package Bid Specifications available for management review at May 15, 2003. Final written Securzty Package Bid Specification documents shall be presented to the Recreation Commissioner on June 2, 2003. Twelve (12) copies of the final document shall be provided to the City. BIL,LING Joe Rice and Associates, Inc. will invoice the City of North Olmsted upon completion of service and acceptance of final Security Package Bid Specification documents from Joe Rice and Associates, Inc. Total invoice and costs not to exceed $2,000 for this project. EXPENSES Agreement is all-inclusive with support, specialist and administrative costs included. TERMINATION Contract can be terminated by either party upon 15 days written notice. All worlc product produced up to date of ternlination, shall become the property of the City of North 4lmsted, with associated costs spent to-date pro-rata iilvoiced to the City. COMIVIUNICATIO1tiTS All communications will be directed to Ted DiSalvo, Recreation Commissioner, via telephone, facsimile, regular mail, Internet, and e-mail. All communications are considered to be public information, except far proprietary computer codes, and information of security sensitivity. LEGAL COMPLIANCE Contractor will conform and comply with all applicable rules, laws, ordizlances, statutes, City Charter, local, state, and federal. RIGHTS IN DATA All information and final work product is the property of the City of North Olmsted with all rights retained. CONTRACT AMOUNT Cost not to exceed $2,000.00
