This includes, and is not Iimited to, all information flow analysis, information and reporting needs <br />analysis, daily operational plan, card access program to include building and specific sector access, video <br />surveillance plan, contract guard service plan, and review of pricing structure as it relates to overall security <br />policy. Professional services shall include all necessary meetings and communication with Recreation <br />Department staff to obtain data and information in order to develop the plan and specifications. Joe Rice and <br />Associates, Inc. will provide and retain all necessary specialists to complete the Security Package.
