MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City-of North Olmsted (Employer) and <br />AFSCME Ohio Councii 8, Local 2681 (Union), on behalf of the Clerical Technical Unit <br />empioyees, as follows: <br />1. Employer will cantinue to pay for required training and will consider requests <br />by employees for additional training that directly impacts an employee's job. <br />2. The subject of on-the-job training will be referred to the Labor-Management <br />committee for discussion and recommendations, <br />3.
