MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Oimsted (Employer) and <br />AFSCME, Ohio Council 8, Local 2681, on behalf of the Clerical & Technical Unit <br />employees (Union), that the Union may have a non-employee Union representative <br />present at all meetings of the Employee Health Care Committee established pursuant to <br />paragraph 19.11 of this Agreement, but in an observer-only status. <br />In addition, the Union may, with prior notice to Employer, bring health care <br />industry experts to meetings of the Employee Health Care Committee for the purpose of <br />presenting information to the Committee. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto to hereby execute this Memorandum <br />of Understanding on this2S+&y of 204.S <br />FOR THE UNION: <br />FOR THE EMPLOYER: <br />Hernando Harge, Staff Re?resentative <br />AFSCME Ohio Council 8, Local 2681 <br />Norman T.
