MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employer) and <br />AFSCME, Ohio Council 8, Local 2681, on behalf of the Clerical & Technical Unit <br />employees (Union), that, effective January 1, 2005, employees John Lupica and Pat <br />Lowe shall be promoted to the new classification of Lead Building Maintenance, and <br />shall each receive the wage rate step of Lead Building Maintenance - twelve (12) <br />months. <br />The parties further agree that an appropriate job description for the new <br />classification, which fairly and accurately reflects the duties presently performed by John <br />Lupica and Pat Lowe, shall be prepared by the Recreation Commissioner, reviewed and <br />approved by the Labor Management Committee ("LMC"), and appended to the new <br />collective bargaining agreement, <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto to hereby execute this Memorandum <br />of Understanding on thisZ?tIday of AixaL r, 2009.5 <br />FOR THE UNION: <br />FOR THE EMPLOYER: <br />? <br />?,` ?
