<br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Empfoyer) and AFSCME, <br />Ohio Council 8, Local 2681, on behalf of the Clerical & Technical Unit employees (Union), that, <br />pursuant to Ordinance No. 2003-87, a new classification has been created in the Clerical & <br />Technical unit with the title of "Animal Warden." Kirt Ward, the City's present anima( warden <br />has been transferred into this new classification. <br />The wage rate schedu(e for the new classification shall be the same as that provided by <br />ordinance for the former non-bargaining position of animal warden, and the job description shai <br />be the same job description that was attached as an Exhibit to Ortlinance No. 2003-87. The <br />parties agree that the Animal Warden shall receive the same boot allowance as inspectors do <br />and further shall receive longevity pay in accordance with Article 27 of the collective bargaining <br />agreement. The Animal Warden shall receive all other applicable benefits in accordance with <br />the collective bargaining agreement.
