ARTICLE 32- JOB DESCRIPTIONS Section 1. The job description attached hereto and marked pages 51 through 77 shall become part of this Agreement. ARTICLE 33- FUNERAL LEAVE Section 1. A full-time employee shall be granted a three (3) day leave of absence with pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member. Section 2. A full-time employee shall be granted a five (5) day leave of absence with pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member who resides outside the State of Ohio. Section 3. Imrnediate family shall include: spouse, children, father, mother, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparents, and grandchildren. Section 4. In the event of a death of any other relative not listed above, an employee shall use his accumulated sick leave. Pursuant to Article 16, Section 3; one such absence per year shall not affect eligibility for bonus days. ARTICLE 34- DEFINITIONS. The male pronoun or adjective used herein refers to the female also unless otherwise indicated. The term "employee" or "employees" where used herein refers to all employees in the bargaining unit. ARTICLE 35- DURATION, Section 1. This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of July, 2004 and shall continue in full force and effect until midnight on June 30, 2007, and thereafter from year to year unless at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either party gives timely written notice of an intention to reopen negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged within fourteen (14) days after receipt of such notice, but not earlier than March 16th preceding expiration of this Agreement. 35
