ARTICLE 32- JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />Section 1. The job description attached hereto and marked pages 51 through 77 shall <br />become part of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 33- FUNERAL LEAVE <br />Section 1. A full-time employee shall be granted a three (3) day leave of absence with <br />pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member. <br />Section 2. A full-time employee shall be granted a five (5) day leave of absence with <br />pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member who resides outside the State of <br />Ohio. <br />Section 3. Imrnediate family shall include: spouse, children, father, mother, brother, <br />sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, <br />son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparents, and grandchildren. <br />Section 4. In the event of a death of any other relative not listed above, an employee <br />shall use his accumulated sick leave. Pursuant to Article 16, Section 3; one such absence per <br />year shall not affect eligibility for bonus days. <br />ARTICLE 34- DEFINITIONS. <br />The male pronoun or adjective used herein refers to the female also unless otherwise <br />indicated. The term "employee" or "employees" where used herein refers to all employees in <br />the bargaining unit. <br />ARTICLE 35- DURATION, <br />Section 1. This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of July, 2004 and shall <br />continue in full force and effect until midnight on June 30, 2007, and thereafter from year to <br />year unless at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to said expiration date, or any <br />anniversary thereof, either party gives timely written notice of an intention to reopen <br />negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged within fourteen (14) days after receipt of <br />such notice, but not earlier than March 16th preceding expiration of this Agreement. <br />35
