Section 2. Inequity increase for the Head Cashier, Shall receive the same pay rate as <br />the current Secretary 2. <br />Section 3. The City shall compute overtime separately from straight time and shall show <br />the overtime and straight time separately on the employee's pay stub. Additionally, the City <br />shall compute, and show on the employee's pay stub, the accrued sick leave and vacation time. <br />Paychecks will normally be available on Friday at Noon for employees who are not scheduled <br />to work Friday or have completed their work at that time, and at the end of the day shift for <br />other employees. Paychecks for employees of the Police Department and Recreation <br />Department ending their scheduled week at 8:30 a.m. on Friday will be available at 8:30 a.m. <br />Section 3. In the event of a shortage of an employee paycheck that exceeds $25.00, <br />such shortage shall be paid within forty-eight (48) working hours after notification of shortage is <br />made to the supervisor. <br />ARTICLE 30- PREMIUM PAY <br />Section 1. Employees assigned to work in the Police Department and/or the Recreation <br />Complex Maintenance Personnel on a regular night shift, and those employees while assigned <br />a rotating night shift, shall be paid an additional seventy five ($75) per hour for all hours worked <br />on a night shift. <br />ARTICLE 31 - WORK BY SUPERVISORS <br />Section 1. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work to the extent that results in <br />layoff, a reduction in work force, or reduction of hours of work by bargaining unit employees. <br />Except for emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining unit tasks outside of the <br />supervisor's normal working hours to deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />34 <br />..* ?-r?-,",
