Section 2. All full-time employees hired after January 1,1987 shall receive longevity pay <br />as additional compensation to their annua( salary as fo(lows: <br />$ 600 after employee completes five (5) years; <br />$ 900 after employee completes ten (10) years; <br />$1200 after employee completes fifteen (15) years; <br />$1500 after employee completes twenty (20) years <br />Effective January 1, 2005 <br />Section 1. All full-time employees hired prior to January 1,1987 shall receive longevity <br />pay as additional compensation computed on annual salary as follows: <br />4% after employee completes five (5) years, <br />5% after employee completes ten (10) years, <br />6% after employee completes ffteen (15) years, <br />7% after employee completes twenty (20) years. <br />Section 2. All full-time emp(oyees hired after January 1,1987 shall receive longevity pay <br />as additional compensation to their annual salary as fo!lows: <br />$ 600 after employee completes five (5) years; <br />$1000 after employee completes ten (10) years; <br />$1300 after employee completes fifteen (15) years; <br />$1700 after employee completes tvuenty (20) years <br />ARTlCLE 28- AFSCME CARE PLAN <br />Section 1. The City shall continue to participate in the American Federation of State, <br />County and Municipaf Employees Care Plan, for all ful!-time employees in the bargaining unit <br />represented by the Union. The City's obligation shall be limited to making contributions at the <br />rate of Forty dollars and seventy-five cents ($40.75) per month per employee for each regular <br />full-time employee. <br />ARTICLE 29- WAGES <br />Section 1. All employees shall receive an across the board increase of zero (0) percent <br />effective July 1, 2004, four and one-half (4.5) percent effective July 1, 2005, and four and one- <br />half (4.5) percent effective July 1, 2006. <br />33
