POLICE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY I Effective July 1,2004 through June 30, 2005 the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed four (4) years of service $17.38 per hour- Div. Head Secretary Employee having completed three (3) years of service $16.55per hour Employee having completed iwo (2) years of service $15.83 per hour Emptoyee having completed one (1) years of service $15.16 per hour Employee starting Zero (0) year of service $14.50 per hour Effective July 1,2005 through June 30, 2006 the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed four (4) years of service $18.16 per hour-Div. Head Secretary Employee having completed three (3) years of service $17.29 per hour Employee having completed two (2) years of service $16.54 per hour Employee having completed one (1) years of service $15.84 per haur Employee starting Zero (0) year of service $15.15 per hour Effective July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007 the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed four (4) years of service $18.98 per hour- Div Head Secretary Employee having completed three (3) years of service $18.07 per hour Employee having completed finro (2) years of service $17.28 per hour Employee having completed one (1) years of service $16.55 per hour Employee starting Zero (0) year of service $15.83 per hour Employees that have been promoted to the classification of Secretary I, shall be eligible to move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) continuous year of service within this classification. Effective July 1, 2001, employees will be placed in the appropriate step according to completed years of service. 46
