C. Completion of trade school training acceptable to the empioyer in relatetl field of the trade minimum two (2) years school training - one (1) year cretlit; D. Actively engaged in and working at related trade, employer may grant one (1) year service credit for every three (3) years actively working at the related trade - maximum three (3) years credit; E. The above service cretlits may be combined, but in any event no credit shall be granted in excess of four years; F. Employees within this classification without first certification or license shall be paid at a base rate of one thousand ($1;000.00) per year less than the base rate of pay listed within the above wage schedule. (Trainee licenses are not considered to be a first license or certfication). INSPECTOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM Current through 2004 To qualify: Licenses and Certification should be issued by the State of Ohio: SECOND LfCENSE: $600.00 ANNUALLY, PAID QUARTERLY -$150,00 Per Quarter THIRD LICENSE: $600.00 ANNUALLY, PAID QUARTERLY -$150.00 Per Quarter Effective January 1, 2005 To qualify: Licenses and Certification should be issued by the State of Ohio: SECOND LICENSE: Receives additional fifty (50) cents per hour; THIRD LICENSE: Receives additional twenty-five (25) cents per hour. Employees that have been promoted to the c(assification of Building Division Inspector/HVAC Inspector, shall be eligible to move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) continuous year of service within this classification. All Building Depaftment Inspectors shall receive a boot allowance in the amount of $315 each year of this agreement. The aforementioned boot albwance amounts shall be paid during the first pay period after July 1St each year of this agreement. The allowance for 2004, if not heretofore paid, shall be paid during the first pay period foNowing the execution of this agreement. 53
