BOOKKEEPER B <br />Effective July 1,2004 through June 30, 2005 the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed four (4) years of service $14.89 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service $14.26 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service $13.64 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) years of service $13.07 per hour <br />Employee starting Zero (0) year of service $12.49 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed four (4) years of service _ $15.56 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service $14.90 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service $14.25 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) years of service $13.66 per hour <br />Employee starting Zero (0) year of service $13.05 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007 the following base rate of pay sha(I be paid <br />providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed four (4) years of service $16.26 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service $15.57 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service $14.89 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) years of service $14.27 per hour <br />Employee starting Zero (0) year of service $13.64 per hour <br />Employees that have been promoted to the classification of Bookkeeper B, shall be eligible <br />to move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) continuous year of service <br />within this classification. Effective July 1, 2001, employees will be placed in the appropriate <br />step according to completed years of service. <br />Employees in this classification shall be entitled to progress to the Bookkeeper A wage rate <br />step - zero (0) years of service, upon either (a) attaining a composite score of at least eighty <br />(80) percent on a test that the City shall administer at least once each year in the Spring, or (b) <br />receiving a 2-year accounting degree from an accredited college andlor university. Such <br />employees shall thereafter progress to the next BookkeeperA wage rate step, i.e., one (1) year <br />of service, on their next anniversary date of employment with the City, provided that such date <br />occurs at least six (6) months following the date upon which the employee qualifies by test or <br />56 <br />
