educational degree to progress to the Bookkeeper A wage rate step - zero (0) years of service, <br />In the event that the employee's anniversary date occurs less than six (6) months following that <br />date, then he or she shall not progress to the Bookkeeper A wage rate step - one (1) year of <br />service, until his or her next anniversary date.
