after the execution of the contract. Thereafter, Matron Duty Pay will be issued the first pay in <br />July of each year for the remainder of the contract. <br />ARTICLE 4 UNIFORMS <br />Police Secretaries within the Police Department shall be required to wear uniforms in <br />accordance with the regulations of the Police Department. Police Department Secretaries <br />shall be required to purchase the prescribed uniform. The City shall annually pay the amount <br />of $650 as clothing allowance to each such employee. <br />The aforementioned clothing allowance shall be paid in the month of December <br />each year of this agreement. Employees transferred, promoted and/or newly hired shall <br />receive the listed clothing allowance within thirty (30) days following the effective date of the <br />transfer, promotion or hiring date. <br />ARTICLE 5- ACCUMULATED OVERTIME HOURS <br />On January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year, each member of the <br />Police Department shall be paid for all overtime hours accumulated in excess of one hundretl <br />twenty (120) hours for the three (3) calendar month period immediately prior to the above <br />dates of January 15, April 15, July 15, antl October 15, Any payment as set forth above sha(I <br />be paid at the rate of pay applicable to each employee according to his Poiice Department <br />classification, and payments shall include longevity earned. <br />ARTICLE 6 - COMMUNICABLE DISEASES <br />6. 1: The parties hereto agree that the duties of the employees of the Division of <br />Police are such that said employees are exposed fo disease as a result of their assigned <br />69
