JOB DESCRIPTION: <br />POSITION TITLE: JANITOR <br />RESPONSIBLE T0: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: <br />Experience in janitorial requirements at Recreation areas and facilifiies. Considerable experience in <br />operations of commercial vacuums, carpet cleaning equipment, automatic floor scrubbers and other floor care <br />equipment. Solid background in cleaning antl sanitizing of locker areas and restrooms. <br />Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and must have graduated from high school or <br />equivalent in experience. <br />DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: <br />1. Cleaning floors, windows, decks, walls, carpeting and performing normal housekeeping routines. <br />2. Cleaning and sanitizing of all locker rooms and restrooms. <br />3. Operating commercial cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean appearance of the Recreation <br />Center at all time. <br />4. Assist maintenance supervisor when necessary. <br />5.
