LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of North Olmsted (City) and <br />Locai 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the foilowing; <br />The parties agree an employee, at Springvale Golf Course, who works only 32 hours <br />but less than 40 hours per week is considered a regular part-time employee and a member <br />of the bargaining unit. <br />The parties also agree to define seasonai for Springvale Golf Course to be between <br />April 15 and October 15 each year. <br />Employees who work less than 32 hours a week are excluded from the bargaining <br />unit. <br />This agreement does not limit the Union from organizing the employees at <br />Springvale Golf Course if they so desire. <br />? <br />in witness whereof, the parties have hereunta set their hands this day of <br />_qV'-k , 2001 <br />For the Union For the City <br />94
