<br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of North Olmsted (City) and <br />Local 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the following: <br />The parties agree as a final resolution to the grievance filed on January29, 1998 by <br />Sandy Gimino (Step pay increase) wiil be resolved as follows: <br />Effective July 1, 1998 <br />1. Employees wiil be moved to the proper step of their respective classification based on years of <br />service. <br />2. Employees will be moved through the steps on the anniversary date, eaeh year, at the completian of <br />their relative years of service until they reach the top rate of pay within their classification. <br />3. All employees with step increases due from July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998 will receive retro <br />active pay from July 1, 1998 for ail such step increases. <br />???
