Ordinance No. 2004-173 SECTION 2: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby authorized and directed to temporarily amend the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted, for the time period indicated below in Section 3, to indicate thereon the location of two Traffic Control Signals for Brookpark Road, facing north to be viewed by southbound motorists exiting the temporary drive for Parcel "E," to be located on the eastern mast arm at the Parcel "E" apron on Brookpark Road. SECTION 3: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized and directed to immediately cause said "No Left Turn" signs and Traffic Control Signals to be installed in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. The Director of Public Service is further authorized and directed to maintain and remove said signs at such time in the future when construction of permanent intersection improvement and signalization at the subject intersection is completed. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the additional reason that it is necessary this Ordinance goes into effect immediately because the traffic for Parcel "E" has already commenced and these traffic control devices will enhance traffic safety at this intersection; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
