<br />? <br />Ordinance No. 2004-173 <br />SECTION 2: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby authorized <br />and directed to temporarily amend the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted, <br />for the time period indicated below in Section 3, to indicate thereon the location of two <br />Traffic Control Signals for Brookpark Road, facing north to be viewed by southbound <br />motorists exiting the temporary drive for Parcel "E," to be located on the eastern mast <br />arm at the Parcel "E" apron on Brookpark Road. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to immediately cause said "No Left Turn" signs and Traffic Control Signals <br />to be installed in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. The Director of <br />Public Service is further authorized and directed to maintain and remove said signs at <br />such time in the future when construction of permanent intersection improvement and <br />signalization at the subject intersection is completed. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the additional reason that it is necessary this Ordinance goes into effect immediately <br />because the traffic for Parcel "E" has already commenced and these traffic control <br />devices will enhance traffic safety at this intersection; and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: JUa v <br />Y <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading.• <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />, - <br />ATY)EST: - <br />BARBARA L.
