Section 20: That all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance shall receive the following holidays ofF, unless required to work by their supervisor or the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive their regular rate of pay: New Year's Day; Presidents' Day; one-half (1/2) day on Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; one-half (1/2) day on Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; one-half (1/2) day on New Year's Eve Day; employee's birthday; and two floating holidays. These holidays are not eligible for buy back and if not taken after 12 months they can no longer be used. Section 22: That all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance shall receive three (3) eight (8) hour days off with pay, or may elect to be paid for three (3) eight (8) hour days, for each six (6) continuous month period of unused sick leave. No month shall be counted in more than one period. Section 23: That the following full-time employees shall receive a$200 annual boot allowance payable the first pay in July each year: Public Works Foremen; Fleet Manager; Animal Warden; Waste Water Treatment Plant Superintendent; Waste Water Treatment Plant Assistant Superintendent; Environmental Engineer; Plant Operations Foremen; Plant Maintenance Foremen; Pre-Treatment Coordinator; Sanitary Sewer System Supervisor; Chemist; Assistant Chemist; Recreation Maintenance Foremen; and Golf Course Maintenance Supervisor." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. SECTION 1: That Sections 18, 19, 20, 22, and 23 of Ordinance No. 2003-138, as amended from time to time during the years 2003 and 2004, are further amended as set forth herein below. SECTION 2: That the following compensation rates and salary ranges, and benefits are hereby established for the City's various administrative and !egislative personnel for the years 2005, 2006 and 2007: Section 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative personnel of the City of North Olmsted.
