Urdinance No. 2004-156 <br />(p) Canfires and Cookinm. No person shalt keep or maintain or light <br />a campfire or cooking fire in an area other than that designated and established <br />within the park area. No person shall permit any fire ta be left unattended and <br />must completely extinguish the fire befare leavmg the area. <br />(c) Travelling Public Shows and Garnivals. To the contrary <br />notwithstanding the adoption of Chapter 701 of the Business Regulatian Code <br />regulatittg travelling public shows and carnivals, no such activity regulated <br />thereby shall be pernaitted in any public park within the City, with the exception <br />that the annual carnival in North 4lmsted Park which has heretofore been known <br />as "Homecoming" and was heretofore spozuored by the Commuruty Council will <br />be permitted as per Chapter 701 ofthe Business Regulatian Code, but shall not <br />exceed four days in length of operattion. <br />(Ord. 92-70.
