<br />Ordinance No. 2004-156 <br />(d) Parking Areas. Parking in designated areas only. No parking shall <br />be permitted between evergeen trees on West Park and East Park at North <br />Olmsted Park. <br />(e) Ce,rt?Vehicles Prohibited. No hea.vily loaded vehicles or <br />vehicles used for such purposes, except upon special written permission. <br />(f) im s. No dogs or crther animals shall be permitted to run at <br />large in a park or recreation ar+ea. However, dogs may tre walked in any City <br />park or recreation area on the cvndition that: <br />(1) All such dogs are securely leashed and under the <br />reasonabie control af sume person and otherwise 6eld in <br />comptiance with Section 505.01; and <br />(2) Atl such dog feccs are properly secured #or sanitary <br />diaposal and otherwise maiatuined in compliance with <br />Section 505.08; and <br />(3)A11 ot6er applic.0le laws are applied. <br />(g) LiU nng: No person shall place, depasit ar dispase of any paper, <br />trash, garbage, waste, refuse, junk or any ather substance upan public praperty <br />used for recreation or park purposes. <br />(h) Bi11 Posting. No persan without praper autharity shall post any bill <br />or sign, handbill or notice, or adverrtisement, on any public property used for park <br />or recreattion purposes. <br />(i) Gam.bling, ATo person, unless exempt by the statutes of the 5tate, <br />as well as Chapter 517 of the Crenerai Offenses Code, shall be permitted to <br />conduct a game af chance or seheme of ehance, or to gamble in the public parks <br />or recreation areas of the City. <br />(j) Disarderlv Cond,u,ct arxd Peace Distubance Na person shall <br />commit acts which are prahibited in Chapter 549 of the Generaa Offenses Code. <br />(k) Firearms ar Explasives. No person shall be permitted tp use <br />firearms or explosives contrary to the pravisions af Chapter 549 of the General <br />Offenses Code. <br />(1) i ni s. Picnics shall be permitted in designated area.s. Large <br />picnics, fifty or more, should first vbtain a permit prior to holding function. <br />(m) CamAina. No persan shall be permitted to use any gark or <br />recreatian faailities for camping unless authonzed to da so by the Director of <br />Public Safety. <br />(n) Slin ,?.shat; Baw md Arrow; Air Gun. No persan shall use a <br />slingshot, baw and arrow, or air gun within the public parks or recreation arEas of <br />the City, the use of which is prohibited by Section 549.10 af the General Offenses <br />Code. <br />(o) Golf. No person shall cause a golf ball to be propelled by hitting <br />the same with a golf club within the public parks or recreation areas of the City.
