<br />Dance, golf outings, all food and food services and all other special events shall be set by
<br />Springvale Management with the approval from the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor.
<br />The fees will be based on a standardized charge, depending on the number of persons attending
<br />the event, the menu chosen, as well as the cost for any other amenities. All program rates,
<br />including any newly established golf or ballroom programs, shall be established through
<br />negotiation, the price of which sha11 be determined by several factors, including but not limited
<br />to, (1) the duration of the program; (2) the time that the facility will be leased; (3) the repetitive
<br />nature of any type of program; and (4) the services requested. The amount to be charged or fees
<br />to be assessed, with respect to said types of programs, shall be established with the approval of
<br />the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor."
<br />Be Amended, and, as amended, shall read as follows:
<br />"Section 3: That the Ballroom rental rates and all golf and Ballroom program fees and
<br />charges are determined as follows:
<br />Ballroom rental will range from $500 to $1,500. The exact Ballroom rental rate, as well
<br />as additional fees and charges, to include Ballroom dancing, weddings, New Year's Eve Dinner

<br />additional fees and charges, urovided for in this Section or in Sections 1 and 2 of Ordinance
<br />No. 98-110, as amended bv Ordinance No. 2003-32, and/or as aosted at t6e fACilitv, w6en
<br />necessarv in his iudgment to be comnetitive to obtain saecific bookings; urovided, however,
<br />that no such reduction shall e$ceed tea gercent (10%) of rates, fees or c6arges established
<br />by ordinance or posted at the facilitv without urior review and aparoval of t6e Board of
<br />Control."
<br />SECTION 2: That all Ordinances, including Ordinance No. 98-110 and Ordinance No.
<br />2003-32, and parts of Ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance, shall, to the
<br />extent of any such inconsistency or conflict, be repealed.
