<br />Ordinance No. 2004-155 <br />Dance, golf outings, all food and food services and all other special events shall be set by <br />Springvale Management with the approval from the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor. <br />The fees will be based on a standardized charge, depending on the number of persons attending <br />the event, the menu chosen, as well as the cost for any other amenities. All program rates, <br />including any newly established golf or ballroom programs, shall be established through <br />negotiation, the price of which sha11 be determined by several factors, including but not limited <br />to, (1) the duration of the program; (2) the time that the facility will be leased; (3) the repetitive <br />nature of any type of program; and (4) the services requested. The amount to be charged or fees <br />to be assessed, with respect to said types of programs, shall be established with the approval of <br />the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor." <br />Be Amended, and, as amended, shall read as follows: <br />"Section 3: That the Ballroom rental rates and all golf and Ballroom program fees and <br />charges are determined as follows: <br />Ballroom rental will range from $500 to $1,500. The exact Ballroom rental rate, as well <br />as additional fees and charges, to include Ballroom dancing, weddings, New Year's Eve Dinner <br />Dance, golf outings, all food and food services and all other special events shall be set by t6e <br />Springvale FaciGtv Operations Maaager <br />.
