<br />Ordinance No. 2004-155 <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go <br />into effect immediately in time for the Christmas booking season and the Spring wedding <br />booking season, and further in order to address the financial condition of Springvale as a self <br />sustaining entity, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor.. <br />PASSED: First Reading: ? /,)- l o `/ <br />Second Reading: (?( 3 1 c? -= ??--?--? e??-- <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: ??e- L? <br />ATTEST: <br />BARBARA L.
