<br />Resolution No. 2004-154 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go <br />into effect immediately because the eligible list for police officers has expired and the Civil <br />Service Commission must conduct an examination a the earliest possible date to protect the <br />safety of the community, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />, <br />PASSED: ?
