<br /># <br />? <br />Ordinance No. 2004-153 <br />incorparated into this ordinance as if fully rewritten herein, be amended, and, as <br />amended, shall read as set forth in Exhibit B attached to this Ordinance (with amended <br />sections highlighted in yellow), which likewise is hereby incorporated into this ordinance <br />as if fully rewritten herein. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause <br />notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of <br />Article IV of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North <br />Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as <br />amended and supplemented from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That the original sections amended or revised herein are expressly <br />repealed, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are <br />inconsistent or in conflict with any of the newly amended sections of Chapter 1126, are <br />likewise repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />SECTION 5: That, if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, <br />provision or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be invalid or inoperative, such judgment shall not affect, impair or <br />invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the section, <br />paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or part thereof directly involved in <br />the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />? <br />PASSED.•(?- 00 gL First Reading: <br />A <br />? <br />?. <br />BARPARA L.
