Ch. 1321 <br />1126.01 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT. <br />Every owner of land except that zoned for single or two family use, who proposes to <br />improve his land by construction of, alteration to, or addition to a building or buildings <br />thereupon, or by constructing, altering, or adding to, any other lawful improvement thereupon, <br />shall submit to the Building Official an application for a building permit upon a form approved <br />by the Building Official. <br />(Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />1126.02 DRAWINGS, ETC. TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION. <br />(a) Applications for building permits required under Section 1126.01 shall be <br />accompanied by sucln drawings, sketches, plans, including landscaping plans, renderings, <br />photographs, material samples, and other items as shall be reasonably be requued by rule of <br />the Buildmg Official, and if applicable, by rule of the Planning Commission, in order to <br />determine a proposal's compliance with the zoning and all other applicable codes of the City. <br />In addition, all such applications shall be accompamed by a separate exterior lighting plan <br />which shall be prepared by persons competent to do so, concluding that the proposed exterior <br />lighting system complies with standards set forth in Section 1161.12 (Illumination of Parking <br />Areas) of this Zoning Code and shall include the following: <br />(1) 10' x 10' illuminance grid (point-by-point) plot of maintained foot- <br />candles, carried out to 0.0 foot-candles, which demonstrates <br />compliance with the light trespass, intensity and uniformity <br />requirements as set forth in this section. The maintenance (light-loss) <br />factor used in calculating the illuminance levels shall be documented on <br />the plan. <br />(2) Description of the proposed equipment, including fixture catalog cuts, <br />photometrics, glare reduction devices, lamps, on/off control devices, <br />mounting heights, pole foundation details and mounting methods.
