Please include any additional fees for services <br />provided other than plan examination. <br />IV. Consideration of Proaosals <br />a. Any proposals submitted to the City are to be prepared at the Examiner's expense. <br />b. Any assumptions made by the Examiner in preparing the proposal must be listed <br />separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />c. The City does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />d. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no liability <br />whatsoever to any Examiner whose proposal is not accepted. <br />e. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the Examiner and <br />the City. Any proposal will not be binding on the City unless and until an Agreement <br />covering all conditions and provisions of the Plans Eacamination Services has been <br />reduced to writing, executed by both the successful Exa,miner and the City and <br />attachment of the appropriate certificates. <br />f. Examiner may elect to (but is not required) include with proposal package a draft of or <br />format for an Agreement or to otherwise specify proposed contract language or <br />restrictions. <br />g. The City intends to limits this contract term for the back-up plans examiner through <br />July, 2005, to coincide with the primary plans exwminer. <br />
