Resolution No. 2004-148 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution immediately go into effect so that North <br />Olmsted may effectively coordinate its legislative action with that of the other participating and <br />non-participating WCOG cities that started their legislative approval process for this legislation <br />before North Olmsted did, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of the members of this Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: L ? <br />Second Reading: i ?J 6 ai osf <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: ATTEST.• <br /> <br />BARBARA L.
