City Hall Entrance Revampment <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />CITY HALL ENTRANCE REVAMPMENT <br />Request for Proposal: Architectural Services <br />September 2004 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />T he City of North Olmsted invites your proposal to provide architectural services <br />for CITY HALL ENTRANCE REVAMPMENT IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED. The architectural services to be provided are described in the attached <br />documents that comprise this Request for Proposal. <br />This Request for Proposal provides the instructions for prepaxing and submitting a <br />proposal as well as the proposal evaluation procedures and criteria to be used in the <br />selection of the architectural firm for the Project. This Request for Proposal also indicates <br />the principal contractual terms that the City of North Olmsted proposes to govern the <br />relationship between it and the architectural firm. <br />Any questions concerning this Request for Proposal should be directed to Service <br />Director Mr. Dan Driscoll. The City of North Olmsted will determine whether any <br />addenda should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. Mr. Driscoll is the <br />sole contact on behalf of the City of North Olmsted with respect to this Request for <br />Proposal. All inquiries by candidates must be directed, in writing, to him. Proposers may <br />not visit any buildings or sites without the consent of Mr. Driscoll or his representative. <br />The City of North Olmsted reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the <br />principal contractual terms, as well as the scope of the actual architectural services to be <br />completed. <br />
