City Hall Entrance Revampment Page 2 of 5 <br />INFORMATION FOR PROPOSERS <br />In submitting its proposal, the Proposer understands there are certain prerequisites and <br />minimum conditions that will govern the architectural services and acknowledges its <br />acceptance and agreement to those conditions by the act of submitting a Proposal. <br />1. DEFINITIONS <br />A. The "RFP" is this Request for Proposal and any written addendum issued by <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />B. The "Project" is described in Appendix A to the RFP. <br />C. The "Owner" is the City of North Olmsted. <br />D. The "Proposer" is any firm submitting a proposal in response to this RFP. <br />E. The "Scope of Services" is the services to be provided by the successful <br />Proposer is as described in APPENDIX B of this RFP. <br />F. The "Proposal" is the submittal by any Proposer in response to this RFP. <br />G. The "Agreement" is the terms and conditions of the standard agreement form <br />developed by the City of North Olmsted for use in contracting with the Design <br />Professional selected by the City in response to this RFP. <br />II. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (EEO) POLICY <br />The Owner will only do business with firms that provide for Equal Employment <br />Opportunity pursuant to Section 153.59 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />III. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS <br />A. Any Proposer having questions regarding this RFP shall submit those <br />questions in writing to Mr. Dan Driscoll, the Director of Public Service for the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />B. Answers will be provided to all Proposers as a written addendum. Proposers <br />are not to rely on oral discussions, instructions or answers. Any oral <br />discussions, instructions or answers will not be binding on the City. <br />
