Title III C Program Manager (Part Time) 11.00 11.75 11.99 Per Hour SECTION 16: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees of the Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom facility. The salaries in this seation shall be determined by the Director of Public Safety and the Mayor as appropriate. A. Facility Operations Manager B. Course/Facility Maintenance Supervisor C. Ballroom Supervisor D. Custodial Supervisor E. Operations Support Personnel (including part-time personnel FROM TO 2004 2005 1,346.15 2,179.27 2,222.85 Biweekly 1,076.92 769.23 615.38 Min. Wage 1,601.69 1,633.73 1,330.23 1,356.84 1,074.35 1,095.83 16.883 17.22 Biweekly Biweekly Biweekly Per Hour SECTION 17: That all pay ranges and amounts established will be effective no earlier than January 1 st of the respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a biweekly basis. SECTION 18: That upon the approval of the Mayor or respective Director, all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance, with the exception of those holding Elected or Director positions, Police Chief and Fire Chief listed in this Ordinance wi11 be paid time and one-half of their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one day; and time and one-half of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in any one work week. Double time shall be paid to said employees for Sundays and Hotidays provided they have worked at least forty (40) hours in any one work week. SECTION 19: That all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance having completed five (5) years of full-time service as an employee of the city shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of their tenth (10th) year of full-time service after which such employee shall receive five percent (5°!0) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of full-time service, such employee shall receive six percent (6%) of their base annual salary; until after the completion of the twentieth (20th) year of full-time service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter, they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. SECTION 20: That all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by their supervisor or the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive their regular rate of pay: New Year's Day; Presidents' Day; one-half (1/2) day on Good Friday; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; one-half (1/2) day on Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; one-half (1/2) day on New Year's Eve Day; employee's birthday; and two floating holidays. These holidays are not eligible for buy back and if not taken after 12 months they can no longer be used. SECTION 21: That all full-time personnel listed within this Ordinance shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the Vacation Ordinance. All previous service as an elected city public official within the city shall be considered full-time for the purpose of calculating vacation and sick leave upon retirement. Page 6 of 7
