. , <br />the cail out procedure contained herein. <br />This section is not to be construed to give the City the unlimited right to deviate from the <br />overtime procedure, but to allow an assigned crew to complete scheduled work assignments in <br />an efficient manner. <br />Section S. For the purpose of overtime distribution, if an employee is promoted or transferred to <br />another classification, the employee shall be credited with one (1) hour more than the most <br />senior hour employee. <br />Section 6. In distributing overtime opportunities, the City or its representatives shall not engage <br />in a policy favoring an employes or employees, unless this Agreement requires certain <br />employees to work the overtime. <br />ARTICLE 12 - MILITARY LEAVE <br />Section 1. Bargaining unit members who are permanent public employees of the City, as <br />defined in Section 5903.01 of the Revised Code, and members of the Ohio organized militia, or <br />members of other reserve components of the armed farces of the United States, including the <br />Ohio National Guard, are entitled to feave of absence from their respective City positions <br />without loss of pay or benefits for the time they are pertorming service in the uniformed services <br />because of an executive order issued by the president of the United States, an act of Congress, <br />or because of an order to perform duty issued by the governor pursuant to section 5919.29 of <br />the Revised Code, for a period not to exceed one year.
