ARTICLE 45 - CONTRACTS <br />Section 1. The City shall provide each bargaining unit employee with a copy of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 46 - DEFINITIONS <br />The male pronoun or adjective used herein refers to the female also unless otherwise indicated. The term <br />"employee" or "employees" where used herein refers to all employees in the bargaining unit. <br />ARTICLE 47 - DURATION <br />Section 1. This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of July, 2004 and shall continue in full <br />force and effect until midnight on June 30, 2007, and thereafter from year to year unless at least one <br />hundred and twenty (120) days prior to said expiration date, or any anniversary thereof, either party gives <br />timely written notice of an intention to reopen negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged within <br />fourteen (14) days after receipt of such notice, but not earlier than March 18th preceding expiration of this <br />Agreement. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands this da <br />Y <br />of k cL v e v- , 2004. <br />OHIO COUN IL 8 <br />By: ?
