<br />EXHIBIT B-15 CONTINUED <br />EQUIPMENT OPERr4TOR <br />DESlRABLE KNOWLEDGE. ABILITIES AND SKILLS: <br />• Ability to understand and follaw oral and written instructions. <br />• Considerable knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, methods, and modem techniques commonly <br />used in public works and sewer maintenance activities. <br />• Considerable knowledge of hazards and safety precautions necessary for sewer cleaning operations. <br />• Ability to operate equipment assigned to the Wastewater Treatment Division. <br />• Ability to parEicipate in the work of sewer cieaning and performing varied tasks and to obtain effective <br />results. <br />• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, other employees, and <br />the general public. <br />• Physical strength and agility sufficient to do strenuous manual labor for extended periods, under varying <br />weather conditions. <br />DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: <br />• Considerable experience in performing sewer maintenance and laboring tasks. <br />• Completion of the 12th school grade and the ability to read and write. <br />NEGESSARY SPECIAL QUAtIFIGATION: <br />? Ability to obtain a Class I Systems certificate in sewer systems maintenance as issued by the Ohio <br />Environmental Protection Agency. Employee shall maintain a valid commercial drivers license. <br />73
