i ? <br />EXHIBIT B-17 <br />JOB CLASSIFICATION <br />LABORER "D" <br />RESPONSIBLE TO DIVIS{ON <br />FOREMEN <br />CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES OF THE CLASSIFICATION: <br />Employess within this job classification shall be capable of performing manual labor under <br />supervision of a foreman or an employee of a higher job classification. The work is physically <br />demanding and requires no speciafized training or experience. <br />• Duties include general labor, ditch and sewer construction and mainfienance, road repair <br />and other similar types of physical labor as required. <br />• Employees within the job classification Laborer "D" may operate, hand mower, small power <br />mower, portable tools in connection with their assigned duties. <br />? Employees within the job classification Laborer "D" may operate pick up trucks. <br />• Employees within the job classification Labor "D" shall perform other duties as assigned, <br />within the general charactec and scope of the duties described above. <br />• Employees shall be required to maintain a valid drivers license at all times. <br />78 <br />?«.? <br />.?
