I <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Emplayer) and <br />AFSCME Ohio Councii 8, Local 2681 (Union), on behalf of the Service Unit empioyees, <br />that the following provision shalf apply only for the term of the Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement (CBA) negotiated in 2004. <br />The Employer and Union agree that Service Unit employees shall receive, for <br />the contract period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2007, the following wage rate <br />increases: <br />1. July 1, 2004 - 0% <br />2. July 1, 2005 - 4.5% <br />3. July 1, 2006 - 4.5%. <br />In the event that the Employer's Fire Fighter employees, represented by IAFF <br />Local 1267, through fact-finding or conciliation in 2004, receive a total wage rate <br />increase over the term of their contract that exceeds the total wage rate increase <br />received by the Service Unit employees, then the Union shall have the right to mee# to <br />work out a comparable wage rate increase for the Service Unit employees. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto to hereby execute this Memorandum of <br />Understanding on this day of <br />FOR THE UNION: <br />Hernando Harge, Staff Representative <br />AFSCME Ohio Council 8, Local 2681 <br />2004. <br />FOR THE EMPLOYER: <br />Norman T.
