Y , I <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />The parties agree that, if, at any time during the life of this Agreement (July 1, 2004 <br />through June 30, 2007), the City adopts any ordinance that expressly and directly provides that <br />any non-bargaining unit employse or group of non-bargaining unit employees shall be entifled, <br />upon death, disability retirement, or PERS or PFPDF retirement, to convert to pay more than <br />one thousand (1,000) hours af accumulated sick leave, then the members of this unit sha!l <br />likewise be entitled fio convert to pay the same increased amount of accrued sick leave at <br />death, disability retirement or PERS retirement.
